Studio Manager & Client Concierge
Remote (Chicago, North Shore)
Hourly, Non-Exempt
The Studio Manager & Client Concierge is the operational heartbeat of Interiors by Jen Davidson. This role is the steward of the client experience and is responsible for ensuring every interaction from first inquiry through final install and post-project follow-up feels seamless, thoughtful, and impeccably executed. We are looking for someone who can blend high end hospitality with operations excellence and an individual that protects the design team’s creative focus while delivering white-glove and personalized service to every client.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Concierge Services

Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury residential clients, delivering a discreet, elevated, and relationship-driven experience

Manage all client communications, scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail

Guide clients through the full journey: discovery, onboarding, design process, installation, and project close-out

Anticipate client needs, proactively resolve issues, and ensure clients feel confident, informed, and deeply cared for

Uphold and reinforce the firm’s brand standards across every client touchpoint

Create personalized moments that strengthen client connection (e.g., remembering preferences, music, lifestyle details)
Studio & Operations Management

Own and manage studio operations across all active projects

Oversee calendars, workflows, and internal coordination between design, procurement, and installation

Maintain impeccably organized client files, specifications, selections, contracts, and documentation

Act as the operational point person for all client projects

Coordinate with vendors, trades, showrooms, and partners to support seamless execution

Support installations, styling, photography days, and post-install wrap-ups as needed
Office & Hospitality Oversight

Prepare the studio for client visits, ensuring a calm, refined, and welcoming environment

Maintain the front desk, welcome area, and overall office presentation

Order and manage office supplies; ensure the studio is consistently stocked and client-ready

Deliver a high-end hospitality experience aligned with a luxury residential brand
Additional Support

Assist with installs, photoshoots, and special projects as needed

Take ownership of tasks outside a formal scope to ensure the studio runs effortlessly

Technical Skills

Industry experience in interior design, luxury services, or hospitality is a plus
